Tove Lo and SG Lewis tapped JJLA to produce Club Heat, a party on the eve of the release of their collaborative EP HEAT.
JJLA was able to curate the clients’ vision of an intimate, hot, sweaty dance party at a queer club in West Hollywood during Pride month, specifically geared toward their die-hard queer fans. Over 800 attendees packed into Heart WeHo for a sold-out show they would never forget.
Local DJs Deesco and Cherry opened the show, and then Tove Lo and SG Lewis DJ’ed b2b, while Tove Lo sang several of their collaborations live, and they brought out RuPaul Drag Queen Valentina to perform a song with them. Close Tove Lo DJ associates Ladies Of Leisure closed out the show. The event’s aesthetic was achieved via posters adorning the club’s walls, exclusive merch, and specialty cocktails named after the EP’s songs. An exceptional laser package was added to complete the club’s aesthetic. The event garnered media coverage from Rolling Stone, PAPER Magazine, and more.
