During NBA All-Star Weekend 2026 in Los Angeles, Crocs partnered with Foot Locker to create a live fan activation at L.A. Live that blended basketball culture, streetwear, and interactive entertainment. Produced by JJLA, the four-day experience transformed a high-traffic public corridor into a participatory brand environment where fans could play, create content, and engage directly with athletes and creators.

At the center of the activation was a Crocs-branded double-decker modular structure designed to support gameplay, product discovery, creator streaming, and talent appearances. Guests competed in the Armchair Freethrow Competition, explored exclusive product releases, and interacted with large-scale installations including oversized Crocs sculptures and an interactive art wall that doubled as a product display backdrop.

The activation also served as a major product moment, debuting two Crocs styles available exclusively during NBA All-Star Weekend, with lounge-style try-on environments and custom All-Star Weekend engraving available for buyers. Talent appearances from Deandre Ayton, Lonzo Ball, and Druski energized the footprint, while creators Dezz, Yona, and Jay streamed live from the activation on Twitch.

Content generated during the event extended well beyond the physical footprint. Video featuring Deandre Ayton generated approximately 500,000 Instagram views, becoming the highest-performing Foot Locker Instagram post tied to the activation.

Over four days, the experience demonstrated how experiential design can turn a cultural moment into a fan-driven destination, combining gameplay, athlete engagement, creator content, and exclusive product releases into one cohesive live environment.
