Warner Music commissioned JJLA to produce a standout Dua Lipa parade float for the West Hollywood Pride Parade on June 2nd, 2024, with the primary goal of promoting her album, Radical Optimism.
The event featured a dynamic display with a team of professional dancers performing choreographed routines along the parade route. Central to the float was a creatively adorned Jeep, wrapped in balloon art reflecting the album’s vibrant colors. Inside the Jeep, two drag queens impersonating Dua Lipa joined the celebration, accompanied by Dua Lipa’s music playing through a specially installed stereo system.Dancers, dressed in Dua Lipa-themed attire, engaged the crowd with energetic performances and distributed free merchandise, including T-shirts, tote bags, and CDs featuring Dua Lipa’s latest single. The parade float effectively showcased Warner Music’s commitment to celebrating diversity and promoting Dua Lipa’s latest musical endeavor, creating a memorable and engaging experience for parade attendees.
