Amazon Music tapped JJLA to produce the premiere of Megan Thee Stallion’s new documentary In Her Words. The film premiered at the iconic Chinese Theater on Hollywood Blvd before hitting Prime Video the following day.
The premiere included a purple carpet with a photo wall, movie posters, photo activations, and custom pieces produced by JJLA. Once entering the lobby, guests were greeted with branded materials including custom popcorn bags and drink cups. The screening begun with a Q&A with Megan herself before debuting the film in the 1,000 seat theatre.
JJLA handled production logistics, artwork, check-in for attendees, and artist relations. Attendees included Megan Thee Stallion, Tiffany Haddish, Niecy Nash, Raven Symone, Nick Cannon, and Tamar Braxton. The evening was incredibly successful with multiple media hits getting the word out about the new film.
