Utah Pride is one of the largest pride festivals in the country and came to JJLA seeking exciting upgrades after over 30 years of celebrating the queer community. At Washington and Liberty Square, Utah Pride held a “loud and queer festival” on Friday June 2 in addition to their historic “utah pride festival” on Saturday and Sunday June 3 and 4.

Between 40 and 50 thousand guests attended over the three-day festival, enjoying food trucks, vendors, mainstage entertainment, and dancing. JJLA kept all the guests and staff safe by auditing the previous security plan and improved upon it by bringing in new vendors.

For the first time ever, Utah Pride had one giant mainstage where uplevel talent, such as Vincint, JORDY, and Deborah Cox performed all three nights. JJLA managed the mainstage production and talent, with the amazing festival hosts Whitney Rose and Gia Bianca Stephens, DJs Raffa Mafra and Anabel Englund, Icona Pop FT. Ultra Nate, and Trixie Mattel.

By building and managing the new mainstage and by ensuring a safe and effective means of entering and securing the venue, JJLA was able to deliver all the things Utah Pride sought to accomplish.
