Jeff Consoletti

As a creative director and executive producer, Jeff Consoletti’s career has spanned nearly two decades leading trend-setting special events, brand activations, concerts and festivals. Jeff is the Founder and CEO of JJLA. Headquartered in Los Angeles, JJLA is a full-service live and digital event production, management, experiential and entertainment firm creating ground up special events that grow audiences, elevate experiences, energize fans and connect communities.

Jeff has been a pioneering voice in LGBT causes and initiatives, and multi-cultural campaigns throughout his career. For over ten years, he was widely recognized as the executive producer of the LA PRIDE Festival, transforming the event into the largest LGBT ticketed festival in the nation. In 2019, he produced Pride Island at NYC’s WorldPride, headlined by Madonna. During the pandemic, he launched his award-winning digital series, OUTLOUD: Raising Voices, profiling queer artists, for Facebook, and in the summer of 2021 delivered OUTLOUD as a the first post-pandemic live-concert at the iconic Coliseum to over 1500 fans per day and over 5M viewers on Twitch. Today, Outloud is an official premium music partner on Twitch delivering queer music content all year round. His work in LGBTQ has connected brands, artists and causes to not only raise and champion awareness, but raise funds to further work for nonprofits in the space.

Additionally, Consoletti has been a principal producer at major events at Super Bowl, MLB All-Stars, Rose Bowl, Oscars, Coachella, Sundance and more. JJLA’s award-winning work has been featured in Los Angeles Times, Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, BizBash, Variety, Huffpost, Los Angeleno, Special Events, AdAge, and  Experiential Marketer. Among his distinctive client roster are brands including Atlantic Records, ABC Television, Cadillac, LA Times, Fever, MAC Cosmetics, Netflix, Verizon Media among many others.

Jeff is a trusted voice in the events & experiential industry, often featured as a guest speaker, panelist or honoree at industry-wide events and conferences, and is a founding board member of the Experiential Guild of America. He is listed among Billboard’s PRIDE Leaders List, BizBash’s Most Influential Producers, Business Equality Magazine’s 40 Under 40, Special Event’s Top 50, Experiential Marketer’s “It List,” and an INC5000 Fastest Growing Company.

His project successes are often seen when launching new concepts or reimagining an established event in innovative ways. Originally from Boston, he graduated with honors from The George Washington University before relocating to Los Angeles where he resides with his husband, Rob.

Lee Doud

Spotlighted by Special Events Magazine as a Young Event Pro to watch, Lee Doud is JJLA’s Vice President and Head of Events, leading JJLA’s project management and events teams. Now a highly sought-after event producer, Lee oversees JJLA’s extensive client roster while keeping the event team on track to execute a multitude of large-scale events throughout the year. Doud grew up in in the Bay Area and moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television. His passion for acting and film production (which include appearances on both the big and small screen, as well as a handful of producer credits), meshed well with the fast-paced, creative and logistical organization of live events. Lee’s event career began in non-profit and he continues to have a strong passion for supporting charity organizations around the country. From content creation to talent logistics at a festival, or seating an entire theater for a gala dinner, Lee’s polished demeanor, impeccable customer service and savvy know-how have clients requesting him time and time again. In addition to his work in entertainment, Lee is also the proud father to three rescue bulldogs.

Luke Przybylski

Luke Przybylski is a ten-year veteran of major event production, design and site operations management. His passion for live events began as a venue and production manager at live music venues throughout LA, including Sound, Exchange and Playhouse. Upon shifting his focus to large-scale festival and concert production, he quickly established himself as a leading team member with a knack for quick fixes and overseeing detailed builds, eye for decor and environmental design, and ability to assemble and lead wide and diverse site operations teams.

Luke has held leadership or management positions at festivals including EDC, Coachella, Outside Lands, Tortuga, Kaboo, Ultra and Voodoo. He has concepted, built and executed turnkey and sustainable high-end production compounds at events from the playa at Burning Man to the mountains of Pemberton. Brands including Heineken, RedBull, Land Rover and 7UP are among his brand experiential experience. Since joining JJLA as head of production, Luke oversees the daily operation of our fabrication studio bringing our design concepts to life for our clients, as well as supervising on-site operations at our major builds and festivals.

A native Angeleno, Luke’s charming personality and killer smile can’t help but leave our clients beaming. When not tiring himself out on our event sites, Luke can be found kicking his own butt in the gym, hopping a flight on an exotic adventure, or honing his gaming skills at home.

Blake Young

Blake Young is an original SoCal beach kid with a stylish and seasoned sensibility for precision when it comes to producing events. Blake’s background in large-scale production, corporate events and experiential design made him a perfect fit to join the JJLA team in 2018. Since graduating CalState Northridge with honors, Blake has found himself overseeing event projects including large-scale builds, nationwide touring shows and big-brand experiential installations. At JJLA Blake supports production management on all aspects of event operations, production planning and execution as well as creating many of the team’s 3D Renderings, CADs and layouts. A soccer fanatic on and off the field, Blake spent time teaching English in Korea before diving head on into events.
